Yes come on @nadiaj just think about tomorrow and today will fly by!!
@Katharina you are so right. If you feel a bit wobbly, it is really helpful to read how other people are getting on/managing their fast day...and then you find you can continue relatively painlessly!
Good luck all you fasters doing the Bean DODO Challenge! Slowly but surely he we go! xxxx

@Sallyo Yes I Can! Thank you for cheering
Gothenburg is sunny and around 10 degrees Celsius - a lovely Swedish springday!
You can see people sitting with their eyes closed, facing the sun, everywhere. We are so starved for light and warmth

I'm fasting today. I have made a good start with losing my holiday'excess baggage', but need to keep going until I am back to my target weight. Black tea and water for me until dinner this evening, which will be chicken and vegetables. How I cook them will depend on how much time i want to spend in the garden today!
Onwards and downwards, fellow fasters! Make today's fast a good one! :victory:

I am also fasting today. Second fast this week. Fasted on Tuesday as well.
Had not quite reached my goal weight so I decided to fast twice this week and next week. I haven't had breakfast for ages, so now it seems I am having breakfast every other day. Sunday was Easter and special so doesn't count. Monday, Wednesday and Friday my usual Yogurt, berries and Muesli breakfast. Haven't eaten anything yet today it is nearly 13:00 here. I am skipping lunches every day, because through this Forum I realized that short people cannot eat 'normally', I am 5,2 feet.
At tea time I'll have some milk in my tea (so far only black tea) and then a regular supper with Hubby at 6 pm.
It is a lovely, sunny day today, about 7 degrees Celsius.
Good luck for the remaining hours of this fast day to all! :clover:

Am so proud of you all! It is such inspiring reading. To any of you struggling today.....keep at it - you can do it! @Brand-ie - all those goodies will still be there tomorrow! You can get thru today without them...and factor some in tomorrow if you want. Remember....the kettle is your friend on a fast day (well, it is mine...but many of you may do better on water etc) - do whatever you need to to get you thru!

I'm in today for my 2nd DODO of the challenge. One child has just gone off to Lyme Regis with friends, so am planning a lovely walk with my son a bit later...in this gorgeous weather that Somerset is having this week. It's hard to feel too deprived when the birds are singing like crazy and the sun is on your back - yippeeeeee!

Keep the faith, my fellow fasters - you are all amazing! Xx

Sorry folks for posting late in my day. Give me a kettle any and everyday please @Hazelnut20. I know exactly what to do, a constant brew (builders) works for me while I'm at work. Eggie dinner with salad will happen if the phone stops ringing... soon!
@Sallyo welcome back my friend and very happy 2nd anniversary to you. I'm so pleased to hear your news and that the plaster IS OFF and twinkle fingers on the piano ARE ON.
Best to all friends fasting out west :clover: :clover:

Today is my 100th light (fast) day! Hooray! Back to working from home, getting the hang of light days when getting up early again. The last couple, I've found that a nice spinach salad with hardboiled egg about 6pm helps me make it to dinnertime for the main event. I may change back to yogurt and peaches when fresh of the latter are again available. Have had my fiber and will have broth in a bit.
