shredded carrot and sprouts, spring onion, cheddar and cheery toms with some mayo and sriratcha to make coleslaw with tuna added.
Then 2 petit swiss yogurts.
All adds up to 500 or just under.
The weather here is glorious, very spring like, so just had a nice 30 minute walk and picked up a diet coke and some Airwaves gum for lunch.
Will then throw in a fast day on Saturday to make up for it!

So far so good, but it's only 9:13 in the morning. I'm planning on a big black bean stew tonight for dinner as my only meal.
I've been very good up until now at not cheating but I feel off my game this week - I'm blaming it on a combination of PMT and having a cold! (excuses, I know!) Tonight is my last few hours for the week but honestly I could kill for chocolate or sweets, so I'll have to see if I manage it or cave in.
Suppose I could try another fast day on Thursday but in the "feeling sorry for myself" mood I'm in, I don't feel inclined!!! Hopefully be back on track next week because it does seem to be working for me and isn't usually hard to stick to. Preparation is definitely the key to success
Anyway, off to have a cup of tea and see how I feel later.
well first day almost done
i had an options choc drink and a nectarine at lunch - just couldnt have nothing - too many people eating soup etc around me at work
tonight i had 200g prawns and 350g veg stirfry and beansprouts a blue dragon chow mein sauce and if i've worked it out right i am just a teeny bit over the 500
lunch and tea this morning about 140 cal, 200g prawn 130 cal, stir fry veg, 140 cal and sauce 100 cal
my normal weigh in day is a wednesday so hoping to see some nice news in the morning
next repair day planned for thursday

However I have had the second half of a skinny soup - low cal so ok - but also a low cal graze box so hope it hasn't all totted up a bit too much.
Also was trying to stick to one meal a day on down days - tea time when at home or at lunchtime when at work. So failed on that particular front!
Never mind - can try again on Thursday.
Annoyed that calorie values cannot be trusted - the salad was egg, tuna and lettuce, so I expect it's a little down due to all the protein, and the ready meal is probably a little up. The milk will be a little down too, given the protein content. Anyway, tis close enough.
I have about 220 in calories left for the night. Looking forward to dinner although not quite hungry as I've kept myself busy with a cup of ginger water.
So far days going well, managed to turn down pizza. But I do feel tired, despite not having exercised today as planned. I really fancy a nap to be honest haha.
