1,5 litres of water finished, looks as though it'll be at least 2,5 litres today then .... I'm going to turn into a balloon !
Hi all- I'm fasting today after missing thursday fast...

Saving 450 cals for dinner tonight... Not sure what to have as i'm away with work and won't be able to cook anything myself.

does anyone know any websites or apps that list restaurant food and cals they contain? I know some include content on the menu!

First meal of the day (3.30pm) - Small salad with prawns. Yummy and under 100 calories.

Planning scallops with pea puree and black pudding for tea (surprisingly only 75 calories a slice). Good job I only eat small portions!

Back on the fast after a couple of weeks break due to illness (who can be bothered when you feel rough?!). Been dreading it but it's been no problem at all. My scales are broken, so I don't know how I'm doing weight wise but my clothes are getting looser all the time, which is what matters really.

Back on it today after having to bail out yesterday.

Lunch so far:
Homemade roasted tomato and red pepper soup with 1 slice of rye bread (around 200 cals).

This evening I may opt for either poached egg with salmon slices or oats with blueberries.
Im fasting today and its Sunday ( have to polish my halo )Ive not eaten yet today ,decided to have just 1 meal, Ive got a chicken drumstick, with sweet potato,pepper,onion,mushrooms and courgette,and chicken stock cube and lots of spices,all in slow cooker,Hubby has made a curry for the family,( with 3 jars of curry sauce and lots of other unsavoury stuff lol ) so its a good job im fasting, good luck to everyone today, xx
I have eaten my 500 kcal for today. Did drink a lot of water and tea again.
Bit more protein than last time:
Daily Calorie Composition: 62% from carbs, 17% from fat and 21% from protein.

Have been a bit hungry but not too bad.

How are you all doing?
I've been pretty hungry all day which has been a pain. I am eating a tangerine and then soon I'll have my one meal.

Have just weighed myself though and quite pleased to have lost another 3lbs and 1.5 body fat %.
OK, officially STUFFED!


Just had what felt like a ton of carrots, but worked out too about20-22 calories worth...which is alot. A good helping of broccoli, 5 sprouts! haha had to be precise with them ;)

My minted turkey steak was lovely and just the meat i needed, even though it was only a small steak and the zero noodles...topped off with extra mint sauce to flavour the veg.

Followed by the small hartleys jelly.

Wow, it was LOVELY!

I've never been a big veg eater, but i ate all the veg before i ate the noodles and meat and there was more of that then anything haha and it was all, i believe under 300 calories. Didnt use salt in cooking, no oil, no gravy would tell anyone to have it!
I got about 150 kcal left for today, starving right now and cant decide what to eat.. tempted to make some shredded carrot with a drizzle of lemon juice, would normally put raisins on but cant afford that on a fasting day
I got my first weigh day tomorrow
