Fasting today - Sunday 24 March
24 Mar 2013, 01:08
Hi again all you lovely Sunday fasters! I'm looking forward to my fast today although I haven't overdone it on the feed days this week (unusual for me lol!) Wishing you all a happy and healthy repair day.
Morning Esmeralda
Back on a SUnday. Visitors still here and have managed so far. Today might be a bit challenging as we're out all day with a planned two meals out ....ahem...we'll give it a shot.
Enjoy your day everyone!
Hi there.
I usually fast on Mon/Thrs but am taking my Mum to the Royal Easter Show tomorrow ( a Sydney institution!)so no way will I be able to fast there.
It's almost 5pm here, so far have just had some papaya and strawberries along with my chai and lemon and ginger teas.
I'll have Veges and a soy yoghurt for dinner around 6.30.
It's been ok today as I'm really tired from a very busy Fri/Sat so have enjoyed not having to prepare meals.
The family are old enough to look after themselves for the day!
Good luck everyone
Hello,

2nd fast day for me and 1st fast day for my fiancee. Hope he will like it too so we can continue together.

Happy fasting!

Sandy

Hello Es, where are you? Aus? You fast starts early! Good luck!
I'm with you today, not sure whether I can do a Sunday, guess I'll just have to keep VERY busy.

It's only 08h40 & I'm already having negative thoughts, must stop that!

Good luck every one
Hello Annie,

As it's my first Sunday I'm a bit afraid too that I will be very hungry with not enough to do.
Think positive, it is only one day :-)

Good luck!
Sandy
Hi folks,

Sunday is a usual fast day for me - feels right after Saturday's excess! unfortunately I already feel pretty hungry so will need to drink loads (peppermint tea at the moment)to take my mind off the hunger.

Pooky-san - you might surprise yourself! hope it goes well for you and all the other Sunday fasters.
Hi everyone. I overdid it a bit yesterday so really need my fast today
Hope it goes well for you Pip, and everyone else. This is my first fast day.
Morning all, just planning my tea for tonight!

Minty turkey steak
Sprouts
Carrots
Broccoli
Mint sauce with vinegar

And either baby new potatoes or my 8 cal noodles, bearing in mind I weigh tomorrow, all things have a weight, so I'm still well under my 500cals so I'm gonna up veg I like to fill my plate, but thinking noodles are the better option for a pre weigh day

Thanks boboff *Waves back* No I'm in Wales, just suffer with chronic insomnia. I was up most of the night - posting things to sell on Ebay to keep myself occupied lol!
Crikey, fast days are normally work days & I have to make an effort to remember to drink my 1,5 litres of water, I've already drunk over a litre today !!! Am wondering whether 2 litres would be too much ....?

Other than that, am doing ok - gotta keep busy though - done some weeding &been to play with the boy, can't mow the lawn 'cos it's too wet, gonna go & paint some walls instead

Hope everyone else is doing fine, especially elle on her first fast :clover:
I have enough calories for a nice lunch!

Slice of wholemeal bread
Lettuce
Carrot (grated)
Onion
Spinach
