This is my 7th fast day and have now switched to one meal a day... I definately think this is the easiest way for me...but only if you can a) drink copious amounts of water and b) keep busy.
I normal do some light exercise on fast days and today i plan to walk a bit later.
We have a oh dads birthday meal later and i've made some flapjacks (couldn't face making a cake) and restrained myself from licking the bowl!
I've heard we're staying in and that sausages are planned... That means i'll only be able to have one (not good calories) or 2 at a push... I plan to take some herbal tea with me to aid digestion after the meal!
