First fast done!!
29 Jan 2013, 22:53
Hi all.. As the title states today was my first fast & even though I was up at 0430am for work I managed to stretch out my 500 calories which I'm pleased about.. I also did the 16 hour rule & by time I get up again tomorrow at 0430 & eat normally ill be looking at about 37 hours on only 500 calories & already I feel so much better.. I'm planning another fasting day on thurs & then also Sunday as I have a night out planned Saturday so I will consume more calories than normal but hopefully having another fast Sunday will rectify this.. Anyway so far so good.. Looking forward to a nice brekkie tomorrow morning ... Goodnight all.. Happy fasting/feasting

I did my first fast today as well :)
I ate supper at 7pm last night, had a coffee when I woke up then fasted until 6.30pm tonight, when I made a 350 cal stir fry meal. Dashed to tap dancing and had the fruit for pudding at about 9.30 pm for the rest of the 500 cals! It felt OK didn't it?
Planning to also fast on Thursday.
Still reading the Fast Diet book.
Good luck with it all!
Look at the time - better be off to sleep!
