Cripes, I was surprised there was no post started for today, SURELY I'm not in my own

Fasting today as I'm off to Cologne on business tomorrow so it's just not going to be feasible for a few days. Not too happy as I've put 1,5kg on whilst MIL has been visiting so gotta try and not let this business trip push things further in the wrong direction.

(oops edited title to the 11th may!)
Ok Annie, I'm reluctantly in!!
I've put on weight this week too, I only fasted on Monday, then had a mini-fast yesterday, but went way over TDEE on weds and thurs because we were away.
Good luck for today!
:clover:
I'm fasting today too. I fell off the wagon on Thursday; started off well and then got sidetracked. Let's just say it involved chips, wine and chocolate! First time I'd ever given up once I'd started, and I was proud of that record. But pride goes before a fall. I'm not going to beat myself up about it though, just start again today. I know I can do it! We can all do it!
I'm in, I've had a cup of soup and a apple for dinner. Feeling a little sorry for myself as it's Saturday night and all, but seeing my old trim figure come back will be worth it.

Totally!! :like:

I'm in today too... on a Saturday.... this'll be interesting!!

Good luck fellow fasters :clover:
Wow, we weren't many were we!!

I did absolutely fine & think I could probably actually have done 36 hours liquid, but I really fancy a small glass of wine this evening, OH is due back at around 22h (from the airport run) & I'm off to Cologne at daft-o'clock tomorrow for 3 days, so a bit of quiet time together (after a week with MIL) before I dash off would be nice, and drinking (even a 1/4 glass) on an empty tummy just didn't seem like a good idea!

So I've just had a WW fish in sauce provençale with some spinach & zero noodles, came in at 200 cals & it was deeeelicious :)
I totally fluffed it! :curse: I was doing fine up until about 5pm and then I justified bottling it by telling myself I'm just moving it over to tomorrow... I don't know why I chose Saturday instead of my usual Sunday anyway... oh yea, cos I was feeling guilty about overindulging Friday night  also I'm having a difficult TOTM, still feeling like I've failed though

Hope everyone else faring better :clover:
Had quite a good day because the weather was good enough that I pottered about in the garden all day, even when OH was inside eating toast and peanut butter for lunch! The smell would have been hard to resist if I'd been in the house!
Had a chinesey stew with loads of veg for tea, and two squares of chocolate. I'm finding it hard to resist the new bar of almond choc that OH has started though. I think we need a tin to put it in, funny how I can resist goodies if they're out of sight!
