I'm fasting too~ usually do Monday & Wednesday but I've woken with a heavy cold & no appetite so thought I'd embrace it!!

I am fasting too my second fast this week and I weigh in Monday evening ,just had a bowll off home made soup and will have one later this evening x

Yep, I'm fasting today too. I'm doing a 36 hour water fast.

I love water. Water is my friend. Repeat

I have only had water or coffee all day... Managed a walk but now feeling yuk. A small dinner & an early night me thinks.

I've just had my meal for the day, I also had homemade soup. I barely managed to eat half of it before I was full! I've enjoyed my first day of fasting and I'm hoping the feeling of weakness gets less as time goes on.

Another successful fast day over.
As it was my third this week I had:
Paella 385 cals
An orange
A sachet of hot chocolate 40 cals.
Now I'm nicely full and looking forward to breakfast club with my Zumba ladies around 11 am.
