Third-fast lunch today is 60g Tesco pepper-crusted kiln-smoked salmon, 100g (4 small) boiled Charlotte potatoes, and a handful of fresh spinach tossed in a non-fat dill vinaigrette.
Dinner is asparagus topped with a poached egg and a tablespoon of grated Parmesan, and a thin slice of garlic bread.
I've got to the stage where I look forward more to eating like this than the macaroni and cheese. You wouldn't think just a week of success would cause such big changes, but for the first time ever dieting doesn't feel like a burden.
