Fasting today: I had 10 pistachios, about 1/2 oz. cheese, 1/2c. fresh strawberries and a thin slice of salame along with black coffee this morning. I'm cooking up some veg soup using chicken broth for late lunch and will probably bbq some chicken breast to have with spinach salad with my own local balsamic this evening.
I can do this!
Nearly, NEARLY cracked at about 2am last night, was starving hungry, but my boyfriend persuaded me to have the last of my stew instead of the cheese and bacon sandwich that was screaming my name. And success I didn't feel hungry anymore! Woke up today and have had two walnuts and three celery sticks, went for a 30 minute run and still feel fine! Very glad I didn't crack.
How did everyone else go?
