congrats on your new job greenmonster and enjoy your cava and pizza!!!!
Just had my dinner, corned beef hash & veg, bought a punnet of strawberries from the grower, he picked them while I waited, so some calories for them later, will finish with an options hot chocolate, and that will have been a good fast.
This is my 10th fast and it is the worst one yet. I am desperate to eat, have a headache, have done no exercise and feel completely miserable. The only thing is that as it is 7.30pm I cant give in as I will feel even worse if I do. I think I might leave hubby with kids and go to bed at 8.
It's 6.30 pm and no food has passed my lips today... that's a first! Would be making dinner now but hubby not home til 8pm and all I have to do is put some m&s meatballs in the oven and make a salad. Since I was doing so well with the fast I wanted to carry on and the pizzas in m&s were so high calorie & couldn't be faffed making one. lornameg, your dinner sounds yummy, not had corned beef in yonks. Got an options hot choc so might have that later. And you've reminded me, I must go and see how our strawberries are ripening. Soon...soon! If only I can get to them before the birds do!

Emsy - your post came up as I posted mine - are you doing just liquid fasting? If so, could you allow yourself a little food? Would still be under 500cals but might just get you through a couple more hours. I have had some dreadful fasts and they are only just starting to feel easier, 7 weeks in. Hope you get through it ok - just start planning all the lovely food you'll have tomorrow!

Keep going you are so so close. Think how smug you will feel when you wake up in the morning!!:)
I well and truly effed up yesterday.

Ended up scarfing four mini muffins and some chocolate that was lurking in my cupboard. Then after work I was so hungry I had a sandwich then a bowl of butter popcorn.

Naughty me. But starting from afresh today, fasting all Saturday until Sunday dinnertime. What I like about this WOE is I don't beat myself up if I mess up one day. It happens, and instead of hating myself and thinking I will never be in control of my eating I just relax and go back into it the next day.
Thanks Abbie and Greeny!!! I am doing liquid fasting yes! I did in the end have a cup of tea with some low fat milk. I managed to get to bed time. It is my TOM! so I dont think that helps, as usually I would spend these days eating every bit of sweetness in the house. I feel better today. I got up this morning and did my 30 day shred. I am just going to carry on. I honestly feel that this is my only option, there is no room for giving up! Have a lovely weekend everyone
