Setting goals in the tracker
18 Sep 2013, 15:52
Hi, I'm trying to set a goal on my tracker but when I save data it doesn't show up on the tracker. What am I doing wrong?
After you click 'save settings' are you waiting for the page to refresh with the new entries before going to the tracker home page? I just had a go at changing my goal and it worked fine...
Hi did you visit '' tracker home '' after saving? Sue
Yes, I am waiting for it to refresh but it's not having it. I don't know why. Maybe it's better not to have them and just focus on getting healthy. I hope I can put my results in for weigh in tomorrow.
Are you getting any kind of error message when you try?
If you can step me through what you're doing I can try to track down if there's a problem. It might just be the server sluggishness at the moment which is making it take a while to respond when you click to save.
ok, the penny has just dropped. My goals are there but because I've only entered my starting stats , I haven't got the goal lines. I imagine they will make an appearance tomorrow when I update stats. Thanks for your help ladies :)
