Someone has referred to you and you click on the highlighted link to see what they said.

Indeed, if you click onto the message it should give you a link to where you were tagged. It's basically someone trying to draw your attention to a particular post - maybe they think you can offer a helpful response, or they want to thank you or something :) Just click and see!
