Over 38 weeks of this lifestyle change, and the consistency of weight loss is amazing. I have averaged over 0.5 Kgs per week. This has been achieved during periods of heavy exercise and periods of slow down in physical activity. The great thing is that there have been higher intake periods such as holidays and celebratory periods, but that tracker points ever downwards.
I really enjoy this approach to living, and the message I am communicating is that this a slow burn approach. Gentle and rewarding. I listen to my body now, and have become so much more health conscious.
