Coming up on my first six months of 4:3 as of Monday. I had 2 weeks of 5:2 while on holiday and just under a week off fasting when sick, but have made up with that with some ADF.
In short:
- 27.5kg, 60.6lb, 4 stone 4.6lb gone;
- BMI down by 8.48 (49.07 to 40.59);
- My day to day clothes are almost comically loose which I'm enjoying (I could go down in size, but I don't want to put to much into replacing my wardrobe until I'm done);
- Clothes that were tight in 2006 fit great.
Would've lost more but I had a plateau or two. I'm intending to step up work in the gym, gotten pretty slack in winter cold season.
Still amazed at how easy and effective fasting is.
