I just thought I'd drop in and be happy at you.
I started at the beginning of February (I think) and have lost 24lb and 4" on my waist. I am now lighter and thinner than I have been for 20 years. (I was 50 this year, which gave me the push to get healthier!) This is particularly impressive since I am on long-term medication that tends to cause weight gain. I am hoping that with less weight on me I might be able to start running again, too; I had to give up because of joint problems.
I aim to lose another 6lb and then I shall be bang on the middle of 'healthy weight for height', which is what I was aiming for.
Yesterday I had a total wardrobe malfunction when a skirt fell right off me, down to my ankles!
