Inspirational Weight Loss Stories

Thank you all for your advice and inspiration which has helped me along my journey! Before I found out about 5:2, I was stuck in a rut and had given up on dieting, with so many failed diets behind me. I'd tried all the usuals; Weight Watchers, Slimming World etc.. but nothing worked for me long term. I didn't really care anymore about how I looked and was dressing way beyond my years. I've been doing the 5:2 for about 4 months now and I can see me doing this long term, as it works around my lifestyle.I've lost 21 pounds now and I keep getting lovely compliments from people which is a nice feeling! My confidence is gradually increasing, and I am taking an interest in clothes again! Friends are telling me I seem happier  I haven't done anything complicated or bought a book about it etc..I've just stuck to having 500 calories on 2 days a week and read all your inspirational stories which has helped me along the way! Hopefully my story will inspire someone out there in the same way you have all inspired me xxx
That's really fantastic! Congratulations! :like:
