I started on the 17th September 2012 I looked like this

After 5 1/2 months (8th April 2013) I looked like this

I am still following 5:2 - it's easy - why not give it a go

Now you just need to put your stats into the Tracker here and make them viewable - they must be almost as good-looking :wink:

To enter stats you must have a weight and I have no idea what that is.

My hips have dropped from 110 to 105 cm and my waist from 108 to 96 cm.

In the past I have given up dieting because I have been disappointed by my weight, so I am working from body shape where a picture is worth 1000 words.
