If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Things have been slow around here (and it seems, at other related sites) but that doesn't mean we don't care. A number of us are "graduates" - "in maintenance", if that's a better descriptor. Nearly 5 years for me. We stop by occasionally to help out, provide explanations (or in my case as a guy, just be aggravating), where we can.
Spending some time in the science forums and FAQ are excellent places to start. Questions or concerns? Ask and we'll do what we can to provide a solution or to at least point you in a productive direction.
