Gallbladder op
03 Nov 2017, 07:04
Hi, everybody. A few weeks ago i had my gallbladder removed. I already tried fasting and liked it. I felt quit comfortable with it and started to loose weight. My question is : is there anyone here with the same problem. My doc says i should be having 5-6 small meals a day for quite a long time. Any ideas?

I was never given that advice after having mine out. But I eat only small meals because of my IBS. It is possible to do the fasting like that, you'd just maybe have 3 small meals on a fast day? Or I might be misunderstanding your question?
