If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Hello, @Stephanus. I'm sorry that no-one has replied to you before this but hope that, if you were fasting today, that you have been successful? I'm sure that you have already found that if you ignore those hunger pangs they do recede and don't just get worse and worse! There are fewer people using the forum nowadays but there is still an enormous amount of very useful information on here so please use the 'Search' facility to answer any questions that you may have. Alternatively, just ask and someone will be along to help you, although not necessarily immediately.

As you are new here, if you haven't already done so, you could tell us a little about yourself by posting in the 'Introduce Yourself' thread. There have been a few newbies joined recently so you are not alone! I look forward to reading about your weight loss journey. :smile:
