The FastDay Forum

Introduce Yourself!

Our Frequently Asked Questions topic will answer many of your fasting & weight loss questions!

If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Hello everyone

Hi,
I came across this forum when searching for the calorie content of porridge . I’ve been having it for breakfast on fasting days. I’ve decided I’ve been having too much! Maybe time to rethink.
Anyway, the site looks great and I’m sure it will encourage me to keep going on the 5/2 diet. I’ve dabbled before but think it’s time to seriously keep to this. I need to fit in my bikini!!!
Also trying to cut down on the alcohol, so that will be two days of the week at least without any. Win , win!
I look forward to finding my way round the forum, reading what you all have to say and picking up some tips.
Cheers Racechick
