I’ve been fasting three weeks haven’t fasted this week because I’m dizzy for last 5 days I have lost 10 lb an was excited to continue how can I avoid these dizzy days

Hi Harvdog

I absolutely hope that you mean you have been using *INTERMITTENT FASTING* of durations no more than 36 hours per fast.

Otherwise of course you're going to be dizzy and have all sorts of issues because excessive fasting is very unhealthy.

Well its probley clear I don’t really home what I’m doing , I was fasting for 16 hr a day 3 and sometimes 4 days a week lost 10 lb and thought I was on to something till I got dizzy . Can you tell me how to do this correctly

The body flushes salt as part of the early process of relearning to burn fat as an energy source. Because of this you need additional salt in your diet in the form of 1-3 cups of stock drinks or broth sipped throughout the day.
