So, i’ve read the books, saw the documentary and have just finished my first week on 5:2. I didn’t find it to hard, but there are not a lot of people I can discuss the lifestyle with. So here I am, another newbie looking to make some connections.
My name is Esther, I am 38 years old, live in the Netherlands and I am a mum to 2 loud kids. I have broken my femur and wrist with a cycling accident last year, and have just started exercising again after a year of rehabilitation. I have always been to heavy, never obese, but after this year the weight crept up on me. So here I am.
