I think I can, I think I can, I think I can!! I am a constant grazer. Setting limits to this snacking will be hard, good, but hard. I will use the 16:8 fasting but may start at 14:10. Any suggestions? My height is 5'4", weight is 178. My BMI around 30. I hate the term "morbidly obese". BMI table says BMI of 24 "healthy" for me is to weigh 123 pounds. I am 65 years old. I am looking at 30 pounds off for now. I love sweets and salties. This is going to be a challenge!
