If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

I am Catherine my passion is to travel around the world, and equally matched by loving animals. When I'm home, you can find me in my room writing about travelling experiences or if I'm outside the house I play with my fur babies. :heart: :heart: :wink: :smile:

Hi @Cathy04 !
I am new here too! Today is my first day of IF and I am also a proud parent of a fur baby.
I extend my love for animals by choosing a vegetarian/vegan/pescatarian mix diet throughout the week.
I hope to one day travel to some awesome places and write about my experiences.
What are your goals with IF?
