For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Hello All from Colorado! I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm new to this way of life but I have been doing the LCHF diet with some intermittent fasting (mostly 16/8) since May and have lost 21 pds. I have stalled however, due to ...well not sure really. Boredom from the diet, tired of thinking about it all...who knows. I know I have felt much better since changing my way of eating but my drive seems to be flagging. Any suggestions??

Hi and welcome!

Well we all seem to reach that point, don't we? We get bored and lose our motivation. I'm also doing LFHC 16:8 -- my endocrinologist suggested I switch to it last month.

We just have to keep our eyes on the target.
