I come from a faraway land where each country is actually a "state". I do this and that, usually. "This" applies to the internet and health forums in particular. "That" is another word for outdoor activities; lots of cardio involved.

I wanted to talk about health & fitness and why I believe much information out there is false, but I think I'll save that for some other thread.
