For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Hi my name is Debbie I am new to this forum i have been fasting for a long time i originally lost weight with weight watchers in 2011 and kept the weight off by eating once a day but because i am maintaining i eat quite alot and then reduce if i gain any weight i also am interested in the other health benefits like keeping blood pressure down and cholesterol and also i have read that this diet could maybe reduce the chances of Damentia which is off particular interest to me as my Mum and her mum had Damentia i really want to try and reduce my chances of that
Nobody else in my family agrees with this way of eating and i get told off lol especially by my daughter but it suits me and i am going to carry on with it it will be nice to meet others on here to talk with

There is lots of information in the "Learn" and FAQ sections, so do read through those and whatever topics are of interest to help in finding answers to any questions you have.
