I am keeping to 500/600 calories and so I know that it isn't the intake. I have upped my exercise too and attend at least 3 (gruelling) classes per week.
I feel like I can see and feel the difference but the scales and measurements don't shift. I am on medication that can cause...... erm....... a less than effective digestive system and therefore I can sometimes be a little constipated.
What do people think? Am I doing something wrong?
