Hi there,

Another new guy arriving! As with probaby a few others on here, i have 'tried them all', and thought what the heck, another won't hurt, but truthfully i feel like there is something different about this one. I feel like there is a possibility of it rewiring your thinking about food.

Anyways enough of my musings. I'm on fast day 2 (first was monday), and feeling fine. Holding on to my cals till dinner time, and in that respect so far so good! I couldnt face weighing myself at the beginning (silly!), but am going to bite the bullet tomorrow morning and see where i'm at.

Hi Susie,
I started the diet on the same day as you and today is my 2nd fast day also. Glad you are finding it ok, well done for being able to hold out till tonight. I have an Oats So Simple porridge at lunchtime and then a small salad in the evenings which is a 250 split between lunch and dinner. I felt great yesterday after my first fast day but not so great today after pancakes and wine lastr night! What is your weight loss goal if you dont mind me asking? I would like to lose 16/17 pounds in 3 months if that is possible.

This is the third time i've tried to reply so will need to keep it short - losing the will to live here! :)

Got loads to lose - 44 to healthy BMI - but am determined.
