If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Hi,

I've been doing 5:2 since January and am enjoying the process. I generally fast Tuesdays and Thursdays but this week I fasted Monday and today due to social commitments. I prefer to refrain from eating anything until my evening meal.

I'm interested to read other people's experiences and am very pleased to have found this forum :D

Hi Kaytew and welcome! :)

There's lots of inspirational stories on here, and also the progress tracker where you can enter your data and compare yourself against other people of the same age/gender/start date as you.
