Hi,
I am a newbie too. I started this on Monday with a fast day, which went really well. I ate within 1500 cals tues and wed and I have had another fast day today, its 8pm and I am going to bed as I am craving some tea and toast.
I have so much more than 12lbs to lose (about 60lbs) but considering I have tried every single diet under the sun and struggled this is actually proving to be easy (so far). Something that I would like to now adopt as a healthier way of life rather than being on a diet for the rest of mine.
All the best of luck with it, I can see many early nights ahead of a lot of people on fast days.
Does anyone else restrict cals at all on non-fast days? and also does anyone have a rough figure of lbs that can be lost on a weekly/monthly basis if doing this correctly. BB
