If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

First fast day.........

Is nearly over. As with many things in life the thought of existing on 500 calories was far worse than actually putting it in to practice. Next fast day is Sunday and I will go without all day and have my 500 calories all together. I don't think the hunger will be any worse for not splitting the calories between breakfast and dinner. It will have to be early bed tonight as the hunger will drive me to the fridge, I just hope I can sleep in between rumbling stomach and getting up to pee!! Food planned ready for tomorrow rather than just grabbing what's to hand....

My first day yesterday, not too bad but like you think I will save the calories and have one meal in the evening......was counting my cals and found I could have four almonds as I went to bed, and then had to get up three times in the night for a wee!! Felt good this morning and my weetabix tasted delicious!! :lol:
