For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

end of first week

Hi everyone, I am so pleased that I have just finished my 2nd fast this week. It was much easier than I expected it to be. On night shift last night during my 2nd fast and struggled a little with that moreso than during a day fast. However week one over!! yea!!! am very proud of myself and feel actually more alert and lively than normal. Its good to have this chat forum to link in to .x

Hi sheens I too have just finished my first week,it's not as hard as I thought it would be,I found the 2nd fast day slightly harder as I did have pangs of hunger but as soon as I had a drink they went away.hope next wk goes well for you.

Hi it was my first wi today and I have not lost any weight really disappointed !!! .its my 3rd fast day today so lets see what this wk brings.
