Just joined the forum and thought I'd introduce myself.
I'm Jenny, a mum of two, previous yo-yo dieter and pasty chef.
I've been on the 5:2 diet for almost 5 weeks (this week's weigh-in tomorrow) and in the first 4 weeks I have lost 4lbs.
I am finding it SO easy to stick to, despite the occasional feelings of guilt when I indulge on feeding days left over from previous diets.
I really think this can be a way of life for me and I'm hoping to lose 2-3 stone.
