Hi guys.
Just joined the forum and thought I'd introduce myself.
I'm Jenny, a mum of two, previous yo-yo dieter and pasty chef.
I've been on the 5:2 diet for almost 5 weeks (this week's weigh-in tomorrow) and in the first 4 weeks I have lost 4lbs.
I am finding it SO easy to stick to, despite the occasional feelings of guilt when I indulge on feeding days left over from previous diets.
I really think this can be a way of life for me and I'm hoping to lose 2-3 stone.

Hello JennyH10. Welcome to the forum.

I am into my third week of this WOE and, like you, am having trouble with feelings of guilt if I eat anything forbidden on my many previous diets!
It is working for me and my husband is doing it too, which makes life a great deal easier. I have found this forum very friendly and informative and hope that you continue to do well with your weight loss. Keep us informed!
