I have just bought the Fast Diet book and have read t cover to cover and I am totally inspired to try this new lifestyle.
A little bit about me, I am 41yrs old and a mother of 2. I have tried every conceivable diet over the years, some with success, most with none. I watched the programme last year and thought initally that it was another gimmicky diet but I should have known better.
I am going to start on Monday and make that and a Thursday my "fast" days, I have been reading some recommended menu's and feel I can do this.
I am hoping to get inspiration and encouragement from you all and one more thing to say "Wish me luck"
