If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

:P Just introducing myself as a serial, unsuccessful dieter. Really want to make this work, I am planning to fast for the first time tomorrow!
Good Luck! Just starting week 2 and that's less daunting as I know I was fine last week.
Like you, I'm serially unsuccessful, but this isn't so much of a diet, more a way of life.

Oh, you are in the right place. Many ex serial dieter wanting to get of the roller coaster. Well you can because this works. My advice is give it at least a month. I'm in week 6 and I'm just settling into this new way of life. Good luck and stick with it
Welcome fabfuschia! I am a serial and successful dieter, but I am also a brilliant eater - hence the serial dieting! I am hoping that this WOE (Way of Eating) will change that for ever. So far, so good. Just finished my third week, six fasts, moderate eating on the other five days of each week and it's working! The jury is still out on whether this will be the WOE which will stick with me forever - only time will reveal that!

Good luck with your first, and subsequent fasts! Top tips - drink plenty, keep busy!
Welcome. Hope it goes well tomorrow - stick with it for at least a month as you do need to get used to the down / fast days. I've been following this way of eating since last October and it does work but sometimes it is easier to fast than at other times!
