I must be the only person in England who never saw the horizon programme and only heard about the 5:2 plan last week. After a weekend of reading up about it, I am ready to start fasting tomorrow. In the past I have tried everything to lose weight and keep it off, but here I am 46 years old and obese! and really want to lose weight and remain healthy (which is not very likely unless I lose a few stone)
I am breaking the weightloss down into mini goals, 1st goal is to lose a stone before my hols in 6 weeks. I am strangely looking forward to tomorrow's fasting day, although I am a little nervous about how hungry I will feel, so any tips would be welcome
