For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Hello i'm newbie!

Hi all,
Starting my first fast tonight, I'm on a night shift and had a lovely curry at 1pm. I will be using my 500 cal limit for coffees as they are my survival tool on a night shift.
My husband is also starting but he will fast on his night shifts later in the week. We have both done our body fat measurements, weight etc and are both excited about starting!
Hope to get to know some of you soon.

Thanks Jemima, I made it through my fast without a problem. Hunger pangs went as soon as I had a drink and we were horrendously busy so that made the night fly. I shall eat when I get up this evening. So 12 hour fast 200 cals at 1am then another 16 hours fasting until I get up for work tonight :).
