I am starting my first fast day today and am looking forward to this becoming part of my everyday life. Whilst I've been overweight all of my adult life I've been very lucky to enjoy good health (including healthy range blood test results) however at 42 and now living in a hot climate I can feel the extra weight and think its about time I focused on my longer term health.
Any tips greatly received! I'm not a grazer and I enjoy being hungry although do reach for food as soon as hunger strikes usually!
