I am new to this and this is my first day of fasting. I had oats, yoghurt and berries for breakfast and my cunning plan is to last now until dinner around 7pm. I am very used to eating quite constantly (hence the 3 stone I need to lose!) so am venturing into the unknown here and am quite nervous strangely enough.
I am feeling a little light headed and do have a history of copious amounts of fainting as a teenager but I will keep going as am really optimistic about the health benefits as well as the weight loss.
