For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Hi I'm a newbie! I read the book on Saturday & am fasting today, actually am really enjoying it so far! I fasted a few months ago on another plan & felt great so looking forwards to that again!

Out of curiousity, are you doing this for weight loss or for the health benefits?

Hi Moogie, a mixture of reasons primarily wt loss I suppose although I can't separate that from the health benefits too!
I really enjoyed the book & it made such sense! Am planning on fasting usually Tuesdays & Thursdays but am out for a meal on Thurs so it might be Friday instead this week! Look forwards to getting & sharing tips etc x
