I have just started my first day of fasting today after reading the book over the weekend. I'm looking forward to feeling healthier and hopefully loosing a few inches in the process!
So far I've just had an apple around 2pm and am starting to count down the minutes until salmon and veg in a couple of hours. Quite amazed at how easy it has been so far - much easier to stick to when I know there is nothing I can eat so there is no temptation to have just one biscuit, etc.
Not sure how easy it will be long term but I suppose that will depend on whether I notice the benefits.
