If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Hi everyone, I completed my first fast yesterday, without too much trouble, even though i work shifts hopefully i'll be able to fit my new lifestyle quite easily. I'm really looking forward to changing my hardwired 'diet' mentality as I've been on and off diets for many years now and am the heaviest I've ever been!! I'm also focusing on the other health benefits too, and if i get hungry on my fast days, i'll just think about all the benefits of the fast on the cells in my body. so I'm looking forward to the coming weeks and months and charting my progress. ;)

Good luck and welcome. This is the best woe ever. Yesterday I ate lots. Today fasted and have enjoyed both No denial. No guilt.
