For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Hello started 5:2 on Saturday!!

Hi every one started with a fast on Saturday and again on Monday. Think this week il try 4:3, as in future weeks I'm hoping to do Mondays and Friday to fit with my work. I've read some inspirational losses on this forum, hope I can add to them. I'm on a feast day today , feels very strange as iv dieted since I was 16, over the past 2.5 years after having my daughter weight programmes I have previously used were just not working. I am keeping my fingers crossed for a 1lb loss this week! Will post results x
Welcome Chocoholic (how I love the name) - this weight loss programme is more of a way of life to quite a few of us on here - there's lots of evidence that it works - and a 1lb loss each week would be a fantastic achievement.... slowly does it, and all that! Good luck on the fast days - they make feast days so very enjoyable :lol: Good luck, hope it all goes well for you :)
Thanks for that! Feeling strange on feast days after being on a restricted diet for many years, liberating to say the least, fast day today and weigh in the morning . I'm keeping everything crossed!! But loving the diet as I say very liberating , having a biscuit with my latte while I'm out. Xxx thanks for your advice
