Second attempt at a fast today!
19 Feb 2013, 17:54
Hellooo,

Well today was better than yesterdays excuse for a fast :) I am putting this down now as a post as I don't want to end up eating anything else! I fasted till 2pm and had a tangerine, at around 4pm I had a banana, at 5:30 I got home from work and had a teaspoon of honey and a cube of cheese, I have slimming world tonight which I am not looking forward to really, I know I have gained and would be shocked if I hadn't! When I get home at 8:30 I will have a stir fry with veg and quorn chicken - this rounds my calorie total to 487 calories. Will have a can of diet pepsi later but no calories in that. Right no.more.eating atleast I can have a normal feed day tomorrow :)
Yes, that's what gets me through! "I can have that tomorrow" is my mantra.

And my tip for going to bed hungry? If I'm really hungry when it's time for bed, I set out frozen croissants to proof overnight. They're not something you can eat then and there. They don't smell like anything, but they are a promise to yourself that tomorrow is going to be FABULOUS!
EXACTLY! It's the best advice :) just my partner doesn't try and tempt me when he gets home from work!
