Hi, first day and fast day. Only found out about the diet this morning from a person in work and as I'd only had 2 clementines (40 cals each I'm told) I thought I'd give it a go. Had a brown bread sarnie for lunch and a few grapes and just had 2 Weetabix for tea. Seems too easy to work! I'm looking to burn circa 700 cals on my spinning bike on the feast days and have a target of a stone to lose. I'm hoping this will work as I can be pretty disciplined in the week but it's the weekends that are the problem as I do like a beer or two Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Rest of the week is dry so fingers crossed.

Welcome!

My husband finds it really easy to fast during work days. He might have a cup of bouillon in the afternoon, but generally just has water and black coffee so he can have all of his calories for dinner :-)
