I started yesterday with my first ever fast day and it didn't go too badly... I read the Fast Diet book a week ago and just wanted to get half term out of the way before I started!! Had half a grapefruit and a boiled egg for brekky, a cup a soup and tangerine for lunch and a chicken stir fry from the book for tea which was delish and quite filling! As a lot of people have said I wasn't even that hungry this morning which was weird.
Planning on doing my 2nd fast day on thurs. Might try missing breakfast and saving calories for tea as I didn't really feel very hungry in the day on Mon but struggled in the eve when I sat down to watch t.v. Anyone else found that?
I have about 3 stone to lose so am really hoping this works for me as also have high BP which I'm on medication for which is not great (and expensive!!). I also started early morning power walking a few weeks ago which I'm really enjoying, even though it's dark when I leave.... and a Zumba class last week so I'm serious.
