Very disappointing! As I've said in a previous post, must concentrate more!

Our Frequently Asked Questions topic will answer many of your fasting & weight loss questions!
If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

I put on 2 pounds after 2 fasts and 5 normal days. Must have eaten more than I thought I had on my fast days. I'm fasting tomorrow and will try to go 24 hrs after breakfast. Have a pilates session booked at 9am and a facial at 1pm. Must keep busy in the evening to stop putting food in my mouth.
Yesterday's fast was much better; I didn't really feel hungry all day and actually didn't have all the calories I was due because I just didn't fancy any more food after having my lovely Thai salad. I had more problems with the thought of being without food for most of the day than the actual fasting!
I think I feel ligher and I'm sure my jeans seem looser today!
If you put on weight at the end of the week, maybe you have to do 2 weeks to see a result?
I can only see it as a downward trend over weeks...as the ups and down cancel out the minor down, if you see what I mean?
PS am very new to forums, so have only worked out how to reply. Thanks for the opportunity and inspiration.
